Welcome to Aster Bodywork. My name is Leah Fitch. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist® based in Lansing, Michigan. I work with people of all ages including infants and children. If you are recovering from injury, experiencing chronic pain, depression or anxiety, or wish to learn how to incorporate massage into your children's lives, let's work together!

Services
Balance and relaxation
Experience deep relaxation with a full body massage. This type of work helps to balance the energy in your nervous system improving mood, sleep, and grounding. It can also greatly ease the symptoms of neuromuscular disorders such as cerebral palsy and parkinson's disease.
Clinical massage
Targeted work for managing or decreasing pain and improving range of motion. In these sessions we will set specific, measurable goals. As an complementary therapy, massage can help improve recovery times after injury, and ease the symptoms of chronic pain from migraine, fibromyalgia, POTS, and many other conditions.
Parent-child massage
Massage can have great benefits for kids and families. Regular therapeutic touch can ease anxiety, improve sleep, and support the development of motor skills and emotional regulation. Accompany your child for a tailored massage or strengthen your bond by learning to incorporate massage into your daily routines.
Leah is a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist.
Trauma Touch Therapy™ Externship
In addition to the services above, I have completed Level I certification in Trauma Touch Therapy™ and am currently enrolled in an externship to receive Level II certification. This is a bodywork modality that can be supportive for those recovering from trauma. Sliding scale payment available
We all need massage and we all have different resources available to us. Standard prices are posted when booking an appointment but sliding scale is available. If you would like a massage and can't pay full price please book anyway and pay what you can.
